The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Student Affairs) is a senior leadership position with the responsibility to develop and maintain policies and support and implement innovative approaches to academic, learning resources, student services, and academic quality across the University.

1. Legal Counsel (Non-Academic) - W/293016/15
 
The legal counsel is responsible for providing and handling all in-house legal matters/affairs of the University. The legal counsel will protect the University from possible litigation and will offer legal counsel to the management of the University. This is inclusive of contributing to the University’s strategic plans through the development of operational plans in alignment with the University’s overarching objectives, mission and visions as a higher education institution.

These are senior executive positions with additional allowances in Domestic Market Allowance (DMA), Gratuity and other relevant allowances that commensurate with this level of appointment.
