The Open College comprises three different sections, with the Executive Director as the Chief Executive Officer, three sectional heads, and an Executive Officer who all report to the Executive Director. The three sections are Programs and Production, Professional and Continuing Education, and Centre for Student Support. These three sections are responsible for administering, coordinating, and facilitating the success of ODL programs.

The Associate Director for P&P (ADP&P) manages the program planning and design, provision of technical support for development and review of learning materials, coordination of student assessment, production and distribution of learning materials, online delivery of courses, and employing best practices for open and distance learning.

Executive Secretary

The Executive Secretary is responsible for the support of high-level executives, and management of Open College and The University of Papua New Guinea. The Executive Secretary provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
