The Entrepreneurship Business Plan Workshop has three stages;
- Business Plan Workshop
- Mentoring of Participants by Facilitators
- Business Plan Competition
Business Plan Workshop: Monday 3 - Friday 7 July 2023 Time: 9 am - 3 pm Venue: NLT
The workshop aims at inculcating a taste for entrepreneurship into the young minds of students at tertiary institutions located in the NCD. At the end of the Workshop, the participants will be able to describe the components of a business plan and will be equipped to prepare a business plan for their proposed venture.
Business Plan Competition: Thursday 31 August and Friday 1 September 2023 Time: 9 am - 3 pm Venue: SBPP (UG 07)
The groups that wish to compete in the "Business Plan Competition" are required to submit a final version of the business plan on their new and original venture ideas. The lecturers at the School are available to mentor the groups. The successful teams will be awarded with cash prizes and certificates.
Eligible Participants
This include the final year students in all of the Schools at The University of Papua New Guinea, Pacific Adventist University, IBS University, NCD Centre of Divine Word University, Port Moresby Business College and International Training Institute are eligible to participate.
