In order to be eligible to apply for Business Management Foundation Year (BMFY) programme, applicants must fulfil the following minimum eligibility criteria. Admission to the academic programmes is very competitive and potential students are requested to read this section very carefully
Minimum Eligibility Criteria (INTERNAL):
a.) Should have already completed Grade 12 within the last preceding three academic years or will be completing Grade 12 in the current year;
b.) Should have obtained:
(i) “C” or better grade in Language & Literature or Advanced English;
(ii) “C” or better grade in Advanced Mathematics, or “A” Grade in General Mathematics, and
(iii) “C” or better grade in three (3) of the following subjects only: Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, Geography, Legal Studies, Physics,
Chemistry and Biology
c.) In order to be eligible to apply for BMF programme, through internal mode, minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) is 2.6, calculated from the five (5) subjects, which are mentioned under item (b).
Minimum Eligibility Criteria (EXTERNAL):
a.) Should have already completed Grade 12 or will be completing Grade 12 in the current year;
b.) Should have obtained:
(i) “C” or better grade in Language & Literature or Advanced English;
(ii) “C” or better grade in Advanced Mathematics or “A” Grade in General Mathematics; and,
(iii) “C” or better grade in three (3) of the following subjects only: Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, Geography, Legal Studies, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
c.) In order to be eligible to apply for BMF programme, through external mode, minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) is 1.8, calculated from the five (5) subjects, which are mentioned under item (b).

The applicants must be advised that meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee a place at the school. Only those with very high GPA will secure a place due to high demand for the programmes of the School and limited student quota.
