The creative Arts is an integrated four year degree program. Its priority is to provide a resourceful program developing student’s intellectual creative and intuitive catalysts central to creative processes in design, interpretation, performance and analysis. The creative Arts school is an interdisciplinary but comprehensive program consisting of the disciplines of Arts, Design and Music.

Arts and Design is an integral aspect of the new creative Arts Program. It provides course that expose students insight in Fine Arts, Computer aided Graphic Design, Photography, Studio Practice, Textiles and Fashion. In music student’s learning capabilities are developed and applied in courses such as material of music, music composition and practice and ethnomusicology. Theatre Arts as a composite of Creative Arts Program, which provides students with a spectrum of courses in drama, dance, theatre design. Lighting and technologies, media arts in TV, film and radio, acting, directing, play writing, theatre in PNG, community theatre.

In the first two years of study, the Creative Arts strand teaches sets of core courses, which are specially designed to give students general but thorough understanding of the interdisciplinary creative arts. The knowledge learned at this level will equip students to make an informed decision on which of the Creative Arts disciplines to pursue in years 3 and.
